Jetlag Noodles® was cofounded by Jenny Southan, a seasoned travel journalist and founder of travel trend forecasting agency Globetrender, along with her two brothers - chef and restaurateur
Jack Southan and designer/illustrator Ben Southan.

After Jenny initially pitched the idea to billionaire Richard Branson during a trip to Necker Island, the team later had the opportunity to enter a pitching competition organised by Simon Squibb's Helpbnk and Branson's Virgin StartUp.
